J'aimerais les procédures pour le retour et remboursement du montant total de l'achat.
J'ai testé le produit sur mon auto mais le produit n'a pas du tout enlever les grafignures sur mon auto, il n'a rien fait du tout.
Donc, comme je ne suis pas satisfait et j'ai les preuves à l'appui, je demande le remboursement du montant initial de la commande.
Quelle est la procédure ? Est-ce que je vais faire un post sur Facebook car c'est là que j'ai fait entamé l'achat?

Ce qui m’a le plus surpris, c’est la simplicité d’utilisation. J’ai suivi les instructions, nettoyé la zone, appliqué une petite dose et commencé à frotter. En 2 minutes, la rayure avait presque totalement disparu. J’ai dû regarder deux fois pour y croire
Franchement je ne m’attendais à rien, mais ce produit m’a bluffé. Les rayures profondes sur ma portière, dues à un coup de clé, avaient l’air affreuses. Après l’avoir utilisé, elles sont à peine visibles à moins de coller son nez dessus. En tout, ça m’a pris 10 minutes, et j’ai utilisé très peu de produit. Ça sent bon, facile à appliquer, même pas besoin de gants. Super impressionné

J'ai essayé le produit sur certaine de mes graffignes.
Celles qui sont en surface oui elles partent, mais celles qui sont plus profonde demeure.
Dans votre vidéo promotionnel, il y a grafignes profondes... j'ai léger et ne suis pas arrivé a faire partir malgré plusieurs tentatives. Je voulais essayer le produit pour les vitres, je vais passer mon tour, trop déçu de minutes achat.
La livraison a été très longue et je ne suis pas content du produit. J’ai appliqué ce produit et un produit moins cher et le moins cher a été plus efficace
C’est zéro sur toute mes égratignures..même les plus petites rien n’a fonctionner..
C’est vraiment choquant de vivre cela..c’est vraiment de la fausse publicité.. ça pris trois semaines avant d’arriver ça venait de la Chine..calvaire soyez au moins honnête..je vais aller dans Facebook pour dire aux gens que c’est pas vrai ..j’ai pris 3 tubes ça m’a coûté cher en maudit..très très déçu..

De un, la livraison n’a pas pris 5 à 7 jours comme vous le prétendez. J’ai passé ma commande le 18 juin et reçu le 10 juillet. J’ai tenté d’enlever une légère égratignure sur ma voiture. Impossible à faire partir l’égratignure., frustrant. J’ai réussi avec du compound que j’avais depuis des années. Je suis vraiment déçu de m’être fait avoir. Un remboursement serait apprécié.
J’ai appliqué tel qu’indiqué avec une éponge et essayer d’essuyer avec un linge approprié et ça ne paraissait meme pas . J’ai été obligé de mouiller un peu pour enlever la pâte.
