Shipping policy

Shipping times: Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation, Monday through Saturday.

Delivery times: Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days in Canada.

Shipping costs:
- Home delivery is free
- Secure delivery with loss/damage/theft coverage is available for CAD $9.99

Presence at the delivery address: The customer must be present at the address indicated when placing the order to receive the package. It is the customer's responsibility to collect the package. If the package is not collected within the specified time frame and is returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for the cost of a new delivery.
