RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 60 days. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Finally, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund appears. If you have followed all these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@ca-optimo.com .
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@ca-optimo.com .
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to that person and they will be notified that you returned the item.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
